Comment 8 for bug 1047923

We certainly don't need it this year, but since we are a program with
over 98% of our students from Latin America, we are a good test case
for it.

My hunch is the reason why most programs in El Salvador don't support
it is because they are imported US programs.

Wishlist is a good place for it. We can certainly wait.
