Comment 1 for bug 1798741

A developer recently explained the rationale in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine-development/+bug/1576326/comments/13.

In short, this is by design, for security reasons, and we'd better leave it as it is.
But for users that opt to enable it, we should write a wiki page with simple instructions.
Please do so, then close this issue.
