what version of rhythmbox do you have?
You'll get that in the "help -> about" window.

If you have the version from the official oneiric repos you'll have one of the latest git versions.

the easiest way for me to see what's happening is to past this into a terminal

rhythmbox -D fileorganizer

-Open rhythmbox using this command
-try to activate the plugin.
-copy and paste everything in the window onto this report.
