2.99 broke anything before it and 3.0 broke it again so the current plugin code only supports 3.0+.

The latest code only supports 3.0+ (https://github.com/lachlan-00/rb-fileorganizer/archive/master.zip)

for versions < 2.99 use the old launchpad downloads (https://launchpad.net/rb-fileorganizer/trunk/2.0.1-2/+download/rb-fileorganizer2.0.1-2.tar.bz2)
