having just upgrade to ubuntu 13.10, and therefore rhythmbox 2.99.1, while the organizer plugin shows up in the plugin menu, there is no right-click menu option to organize files that have been changed by

2.99 broke anything before it and 3.0 broke it again so the current plugin code only supports 3.0+.
