I assume you mean the check for the user agent and Silverlight/Flash itself
is okay.
This either means you still haven't configured your user agent properly, or
(when you're using for example Ubuntu 13.10) the user-agent switcher itself
does not work. It is a known problem, that most (or even all) user agent
switchers do not work anymore when using the latest version of Chromium on
Ubuntu 13.10.
If you see additional "failures" on the diagnostic page, please report the
exact messages you see there.
