based on your output of "glxinfo" you don't have installed your graphics drivers properly.
Usually you should get some information about the installed driver and available display modes, but since glxinfo just crashes, you probably you should update/reinstall your graphic card drivers, when you want to use HW acceleration.
I assume it still failed after you disabled HW acceleration since you didn't restart your browser completely (and thus the changes had no direct effect). When it starts failing again, please disable HW acceleration again and ensure that the browser is completely restarted (reopening just one window is not sufficient!).
The new error you saw (N8109) means that you haven't yet configured your user agent correctly. Have you already installed a user agent switcher? If not please take a look here, how to do this: https://answers.launchpad.net/pipelight/+faq/2351 . Please select exactly this user agent string:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20120427 Firefox/15.0a1
You can use our diagnostic site to verify that you've configured everything correctly: http://fds-team.de/pipelight
