Dialog canvas sizes incorrect

A number of the dialogs windows do not render with the correct size. When the window opens the content area is sized smaller than the bar at the top leading to clipping of content in the window. The window contents appear to be rendered with the correct positions if the window frame were correctly sized.

For example, About, New, Resize Image, Resize Canvas. The Resize Canvas buttons are almost cut in half due to this issue.

I am using Pinta 2.1.1 on Intel Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.6.1

I can reproduce the same, although slightly less extreme - perhaps it depends on the display scaling or something like that
It seems to have been a bug in GTK3, since with the development build of Pinta 2.2 (which is ported to GTK4) this no longer occurs
