[Mac OS] The resize image & resize canvas popups title bar is longer than the body and the buttons at the bottom are not fully visible.

The Popup menu that opens on selecting the Resize Image or Resize Canvas options has the following issues:
1. The title bar is longer than the rest of the body.
2. The buttons for "Cancel" & "OK" are cut from the bottom side.
3. The close button in the title bar doesn't works always and sometimes it takes 4-5 clicks to close.

I am running the latest 2.1.1 version on a Macbook Pro with Mac OS 13.4.

Interesting, the buttons are slightly cut off in my testing on macOS, but not as much in your screenshot, and I don't have the title bar issue.

Would you mind testing the latest beta installer for Pinta 2.2 from https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/5450200796 (requires GitHub login to download)
With Pinta 2.2 being ported to GTK4 this may be already fixed (for me, the buttons are laid out much better)

Yes, this beta version doesn't has those issues and the UI look quite refreshing compared to the old one.

But, the top area just below the menu bar is totally empty on the right side above the layers whereas the vertical tools list on the left now overflows and has a scrollbar.

Can we rearrange the toolbar?

Also, as the mouse cursor crosses any boundary, it changes to the indicator to resize the window. Doesn't changes back to normal arrow.
