Bug Description

When you paste a new selection (pixels) it appears in a dotted area and you can move it. BUT, you CANNOT resize it. Without this, it is difficult to use the software. We should be able to find the brezier corner points and resize.

After pasting you should be in the Move Selection tool, so pressing Ctrl and then dragging should allow you to scale? Ideally there would be handles for the corner points like the selection tool, though

Ctrl? That is NOT how paint.net works! Everything else is VERY CLOSE so I
suggest that you tell when something is different (else we assume that you
could not implement it for a technical reason.) Maybe you did and I missed
it? Here's an idea: Let the UI have a special symbol (!), that appears in
context when something is different from paint.net. This one was especially
important and difficult to guess how to get past. Oh - and tell us about
that special symbol up front when we install....

Thank you! That's very helpful. It's great to know there is finally a
graphic design tool that works well on Linux! Not sure how I missed all
that while onboarding. I would look at the website materials and install
and see if there is a way to get this info in front of people that are
rushing through the install (like I did.)
