image does seam to let me resize the image apon pasting the image..

Bug Description
when i paste the image. it doesnt let me resize it. but it lets me rotate it and move it. but doesnt let me resize me. i might need some help if its not a bug

Sounds similar to bug 1995636 - it is possible to scale it by Ctrl + dragging, but this should be improved to have an better UI
