Comment 6 for bug 1419641

Latest Pinta from github master repository https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/3398410815 on Ubuntu 22.10.

I was in the process of reporting new bug and in the last moment I say this was already reported.
The only change from bug report is in step 2 is just different icon instead of hand icon is now double arrow icon. The rest of the bug report is still valid.

I just want to report this problem is still valid and that it makes me crazy. I never know when resize is going to happen and when new object is going to be drawn.
