While prepraing incremental backups, later versions of MyISAM tables from incremental directory are being left there, and after prepare we run into data inconsistency between MyISAM and InnoDB data.
Suggestion on fix: during incremental backup prepare we should copy all non-InnoDB data from incremental directory to base backup directory.
