Comment 2 for bug 1004796

Based on some feedback on the mailing list, I have added some additional silk and plating colours. All the features granted by this patch are:

New mask colours:
- green
- blue
- red
- purple
- black
- white

New silk colours:
- white
- black
- yellow

New plating types:
- tinned
- gold
- silver
- plain copper
