[patch] extra mask, plating, and silk colours

I added some functionality to allow the selection of several mask colours, gold plating on pins and pads, and black or white silk screen when exporting using photo mode. Enjoy!

Edit: I just realized I forgot to include a sample image: http://i.imgur.com/tdgzz.png The bottom right board is supposed to be white, but is a bit off due to the math I'm using. Feel free to take it out of the final patch if it doesn't seem to work well.

Based on some feedback on the mailing list, I have added some additional silk and plating colours. All the features granted by this patch are:

New mask colours:
- green
- blue
- red
- purple
- black
- white

New silk colours:
- white
- black
- yellow

New plating types:
- tinned
- gold
- silver
- plain copper
