I'm suffering this same problem with an Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG. I find that disabling and enabling the wireless networking via NetworkManager seems to get things working again for a short period of time.
Average time between disconnects is approx 10mins at the moment. It didn't used to do this under Karmic...
