    Correct filename for linuxbridge_agent.ini

    Corrects the config file name for the linuxbridge agent
    from /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.conf
    to /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.ini
