linuxbridge_agent conf filename

Tested on Fedora 22 using Delorean repo.

In the 'Configure the Linux bridge agent' section, the user is instructed to edit the "/etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.conf" file. This should change to ".ini"

/etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.ini

The same applies to the compute node section 'Configure the Linux bridge agent':

    Correct filename for linuxbridge_agent.ini

    Corrects the config file name for the linuxbridge agent
    from /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.conf
    to /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/linuxbridge_agent.ini
