Nice work on the theme and UI, looks great!

I also made a mock-up, just to see how it would look with a bottom bar. As you can see I moved the zoom slider there and it can hold some other usefull information. To compensate the loss of vertical space with the use of a bottom bar, I moved the play-buttons to the edit toolbar. Or, if you can't move the play-buttons, it can be an option in the View menu (Bottom bar on/off). What do you think?
