minutes. After that, it is normal that you have a file of ...............0

After, I wondering if you should not update ffmpeg, like you are on Debian
I'm nearly sure that you are using this dirty fork : libav or avconv full
of bugs.
For the cursor it is mlt, for the export ffmpeg even mlt can be the issue.
