Comment 1 for bug 1169669

I'm not sure if it's the same underlying issue or not, but any apps I try and open Help for in Linux Mint (13) open a browser window that takes me to the Linux Mint home page - this happens even using the terminal command. Something about the help system in Mint is a bit borked.
