Hello all, I noticed that there is no functionality to apply a sound effect onto a specific part of the clip, but rather it is applied to the clip as a whole.

I think this is a required feature for OpenShot in order to reach an upper level. I, along with another friend, have taken the liberty to create the required UML diagrams and specifications you might need in order to develop this.

 I will upload them to a new Blueprint. Looking forward to your feedback.
