Comment 2 for bug 394162

I would prefer if we would move to MSBuild (xbuild on mono), because it basically makes builds on the .NET Framework easy, especially from Visual Studio. NAnt would add another dependency here. However, last time I looked xbuild just wasn't good enough, which is why we're still using Makefiles. If it works with Mono 2.4 we should move to MSBuild.
