The output of the "gvfs-mime --query x-scheme-handler/magnet" is:
Registered applications: eiskaltdcpp-qt.desktop eiskaltdcpp-gtk.desktop transmission-gtk.desktop Recommended applications: eiskaltdcpp-qt.desktop eiskaltdcpp-gtk.desktop transmission-gtk.desktop
After I using this command:
gvfs-mime --set x-scheme-handler/magnet transmission-gtk.desktop
Everithing just works ok. Thank you.
P.S.: It seems there was a little misunderstanding about 'BitTorrent client' in the original message. I meant the Transmission client which is default torrent application in Ubuntu.
