Bug Description

I have BitTorrent client installed on my computer. I also use EiskaltDC++ client for direct connect networks (eiskaltdcpp-qt package in ubuntu repositories). When I click on any result in torrent lens it just opens EiskaltDC++ client which is definetly not appropriate application for downloading torrents. The lens should somehow recognize that BitTorrent client is installed and start it instead of EiskaltDC++.

The torrents (magnet files) open in the default client for magnets and apparently, for some reason, Gnome believes that EiskaltDC++ is appropriate for them. I don't want to alter the behaviour of the lens for the moment, as I need to make heavier changers before letting the user define special cases.

Could you please paste here the output of this command (it should answer EiskaltDC++)?
gvfs-mime --query x-scheme-handler/magnet

To change it to bittorent and have the lens working as expected, this command will work:
gvfs-mime --set x-scheme-handler/magnet bittorent.desktop

The output of the "gvfs-mime --query x-scheme-handler/magnet" is:

Registered applications:
     eiskaltdcpp-qt.desktop
     eiskaltdcpp-gtk.desktop
     transmission-gtk.desktop
Recommended applications:
     eiskaltdcpp-qt.desktop
     eiskaltdcpp-gtk.desktop
     transmission-gtk.desktop

After I using this command:

  gvfs-mime --set x-scheme-handler/magnet transmission-gtk.desktop

Everithing just works ok. Thank you.

P.S.: It seems there was a little misunderstanding about 'BitTorrent
client' in the original message. I meant the Transmission client which
is default torrent application in Ubuntu.
