Bug Description

I just accidentally connected to an open AP belonging to (I assume) a neighbour. Now, every time I disconnect my wired network, it automatically connects to that AP. I haven't found a way of preventing this except to turn off wireless completely.

What I expected to be able to do was, for example, click again on the connected AP (that has the selected radio button next to it) and have it disconnect so that nothing was connected. It could (should?) still remember the key for it if one was entered, but should remove it from the 'automatically connect to' list.

This can be resolved manually by deleting the entry for that network in:
~/.gconf/system/networking/wireless/networks

In the long term I believe that the NM devs are going to work on a profile management gui but at this point they are working to make sure the base functionality works properly.
