Comment 27 for bug 1085511

I had the same problem and I fixed it running the following commands:

$ sudo apt-get purge netflix-desktop
$ sudo apt-get purge wine
$ sudo apt-get autoremove
$ sudo rm -Rf ~/.wine-browser
$ sudo rm -Rf ~/.netflix-desktop
$ sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop
$ netflix-desktop --showdebug

I'm running the Ubuntu 13.04.
