Linux * 3.2.0-32-generic-pae #51-Ubuntu SMP Wed Sep 26 21:54:23 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
Intel Core i5 2500K (using integrated graphics)
8GB Ram
SSD disk
plugin-container about 60% cpu

I found this MS site to test Silverlight framerate; I get 15-20 fps regardless of resolution
