Even though auto-starting learning is a nice feature it makes it complicates mmapping controls that require a Shift button being pressed:
* press & hold Shift
* pick the action you want to map
* (hold Shift)
* use controller to start learning

We should require users to explicitely press Learn to start listening for incoming MIDI.
