Tracks can be loaded to deck where [Passthrough] is enabled

Bug Description

When [Passthrough] is enabled on a deck, that deck is somehow still marked as 'available'.
Double-clicking/using "LoadSelectedTrack" CO on a track in Library then loads that track there (when it's the first available deck), which may not be desired.

I find this confusing: the new track would have to be loaded manually to a specific deck.
Did I miss a scenario where this behaviour makes sense?

TLDR: Mute the deck, display non-blocking overlay to show that deck is in the ``Passthrough`` state, but let the deck be editable
