Thank you for offering your work. A phyton tool for fixing library problems would be nice. But it would be much more straight forward to fix the issues in the C++ domain.

It will be probably also easier because you can access the original data.

Unfortunately we have not much docu about the library but I will do my best to support you.
Just ask.
