It is no possible to use an external monitor with a dvi-input using a micro-hdmi/hdmi adapter and an hdmi/dvi-cable. Using multiple Adapters (micro-hdmi/hdmi, hdmi-cable, hdmi/dvi-Adapter) doesn't work as well.
