Inspect Element - Browser unresizeable

Bug Description

The inspect element browser starts out at an unreasonable size (part 1 of bug). On my eee - screen it is about 1.5 times the height of my screen (roughly).

If you want to resize it by dragging a corner or an edge, it will only grow and hardly ever (only in a few accidental cases) shrink. Usually, if you drags inwards to shrink it you automatically loose grip of the edge or corner (openbox wm).

I can confirm it doesn't shrink, it grows only when it's resized.

The proper solution is to use a MidoriView for the inspector rather than a custom WebKitWebView. The problem is that the separate window has no scrolled window and the browser uses a viewport.

When I go to the console and start typing, the autocomplete appears and the windows starts getting bigger vertically :( Then there is no way to resize it smaller again. This is really aggravating and makes the console impossible to use.
