Webkit inspector won't shrink, it can only get larger. It is also is far too wide when I first open it.

Bug Description

When I click "inspect element", the webkit inspector pops up way too wide (2000px+). To make matters worse, I cannot make the box any smaller - but weirdly larger!

Attached is a screenshot of the issue.
