Could you do

cd /home/johnshiu/Desktop/MadGraph5_v2_1_2/Project/BG_ttbb_ljbbbb/SubProcesses/P0_gg_ttxbbx_t_bwp_wp_lvl_tx_bxwm_wm_qq/G27b/
../madevent < input_sg.txt

Then we will see what error is raised.
