The website lists alternative Medibuntu mirror sites. Websites Mirror1 and Mirror3 still support all Ubuntu versions, including Precise:- mirrors. ucr.ac. cr/medibuntu leg.uct. ac.za/pub/ linux/medibuntu

Just follow the installation instructions (remember to replace "Lucid" whatever Ubuntu version you're using).
When the main repository is working you can always change it back.
