Binary package hint: dpkg

Skype from medibuntu - unable to change language to an another as english due missing language qm-files which are present in deb package but not been copied during installation to /usr/share/skype/lang/skype_de.qm

steps to reproduce:

download skype and skype-common from medibuntu repository
extract with dpkg-deb -x skype-common*
notice the language files are present
install deb packages
notice qm-files are missing in /usr/share/skype/lang/ folder
copy by hand resolve the problem with changing languages.
