Skype-medibuntu install incomplete - some language files missing

Skype from medibuntu (both versions 1.4.0.118 and 2.0.0.13) - unable to change language to an another as english due missing language qm-files which are present in deb package but not been copied during installation to /usr/share/skype/lang/skype_de.qm

steps to reproduce:

download skype and skype-common from medibuntu repository http://packages.medibuntu.org/pool/non-free/s/skype/
extract with dpkg-deb -x skype-common*
notice the language files are present
install deb packages now with dpkg -i *.deb
notice qm-files are missing in /usr/share/skype/lang/ folder
copy by hand resolve the problem with changing languages.

the deb from skype.com can be installed w/o problem.
