I just looked into it again and I could open the page if I omitted the
underscore (Case Studies/Evaluation instead of Case_Studies/Evaluation).

I thought I'd tried that before but apparently that was the issue. Maybe
there is still a bug there instead of user error? Thanks, sorry for rushing
to file a bug.
