Should convert underscores to spaces

I've encountered a mysterious bug where I can't open some subpages on the wiki. Some of them work, but others simple open a blank page. I've tried copy-pasting in the subpage name (just to be 100% sure I wasn't typing it in wrong) and it still opens a blank page. I have no other useful information right now.

I use sub-pages all the time on my weekly report (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MarkAHershberger/Weekly_reports), so I know they work. However, maybe there is a format for linking to sub-pages that I'm not aware of.

What do the links look like? What do the names of the pages you're trying to open look like?

I just looked into it again and I could open the page if I omitted the
underscore (Case Studies/Evaluation instead of Case_Studies/Evaluation).

I thought I'd tried that before but apparently that was the issue. Maybe
there is still a bug there instead of user error? Thanks, sorry for rushing
to file a bug.
