now I have a local mirror of the last version. Made the modifications in the source and tried to upload it - without success:
 bzr push --remember lp:~siegfried-winter/me-tv/DVBS_scanning
No new revisions to push.
I tried pull and push commands in te Bazaar-gui olive as well but never achieved to change the source in my branch on the server.
Could you please give another hint what to do!
