    [NetApp] Fix default ipspace deletion issue

    The NetApp driver is fixed to avoid the deletion of cluster
    ipspaces when deleting a share server. Now the share server
    deletion skip ipspace removal if the ipspace is one of the
    following: Cluster or Default.
