The warning messages were connected to some issues with our LHE reader that didn't know what to do with the clustering blocks now in the mg5 LHE output. This is fixed in ma5 v1.9. Please reinstall madanalysis 5 from the following command:
install MadAnalysis5 --madanalysis5_tarball=https://madanalysis.irmp.ucl.ac.be/raw-attachment/wiki/MA5SandBox/ma5_v1.9.6.tgz
Concerning the other issue, I think that this is related to matplotlib. Can you try to browse the MadAnalysis5 output folder, and run the python scripts generating the plots. I am quite sure an error message will be printed to the screen.
Hi,
The warning messages were connected to some issues with our LHE reader that didn't know what to do with the clustering blocks now in the mg5 LHE output. This is fixed in ma5 v1.9. install MadAnalysis5 --madanalysis5_
Concerning the other issue, I think that this is related to matplotlib. Can you try to browse the MadAnalysis5 output folder, and run the python scripts generating the plots. I am quite sure an error message will be printed to the screen.
