Like I said in https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1320555/comments/5, I'm a bit surprised to see that the tooltip is not working. We can certainly add a warning at the top of the page but (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1320555/comments/6) I wonder if that's appropriate.
