No, it is not a custom commissioning script, it's part of whatever MAAS 2.6 does during commissioning. We have never added custom commissioning scripts to MAAS in our lab.

Also, I realize that commissioning with Focal is not supported, as Focal is not released. However, part of this is to test Focal and catch bugs like this before we get to the release, because I will expect that our hardware partners can begin commissioning and deploying hardware using Focal the day we release Focal.
