The Installer window is titled Kubuntu 17.10, says Kubuntu in the upper left, and uses the Kubuntu logo in the lower left, but at least there is a new slide show. Alas, the slideshow references Firefox instead of Qupzilla. The document slide references Abiword and Gnumeric, but I got Libre Office, the Music and Video slide references Audacious and Gnome-Mplayer, but I got MPV plaayer and SMPlayer; the Chat slide references Pidgin, but I did not see it either.
