I do have the same problem on my Hardy 8.04 Beta.

ERROR Impossible de connecter le daemon HellaNZB
INFO Sortie de HellaNZB: Unable to load specified config file: /home/steph/.lottanzb/hellanzb.conf

Seems latest revision doesn't create the config file in ~/.lottanzb
