I will do anything I can to solve this, if there is indeed a bug in the kernel. Please note I have recently had partition problems (On windows 7 of course) and formatted my drive and only installed Linux Mint on the drive. I will let you know if there is still a persistent problem with this. Here are my results for command "inxi -F":
