Please, implement the blacklist option, if it possible. I want to block some nicks/IP ranges, because bots from that addresses send spam to my PM (up to 50 mails per day). I don`t want to completely block my PM, because people sometimes sends PM too.

P.S. Blacklist PM by IP range more interesting (spam-bot names often created by random-generator)
