Bug Description

to wish list:

Please, implement the PM blacklist option, if it possible. I want to block some nicks/IP ranges, because bots from that addresses send spam to my PM (up to 50 mails per day). I don`t want to completely block my PM, because people sometimes sends PM too.

P.S. Blacklist PM by IP range more interesting (spam-bot names often created by random-generator)

Blocking by IP isn't possible in most cases. As it would require the client to establish connection to the client sending the PM.

By nick it is possible. The question is should this be implemented in the GUI or core? And I'd also include main chat ignore functionality.
